He served as an assistant director on the films Casting Call, Backflash, Don't Let Go, Night Class, Going Greek, According to Spencer, Gang of Roses, and The Job. Hacker acted as UPM / Line Producer on the features 100 Women (additional photography) and Dog Nights.
